In-Person and Teletherapy Options

I offer both in-person sessions in Brooklyn Heights (26 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY 11242) as well as virtual video sessions for residents of New York State.

Insurance

I am considered an out-of-network provider. While I don’t accept insurance, I provide a monthly statement that assists with reimbursement for out-of-network coverage. Although seeing a provider out-of-network is a greater financial commitment upfront, many individuals find that they receive significant reimbursement for sessions if they have out-of-network benefits. If you’re unsure what your out-of-network benefits may be, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network mental/behavioral health benefits, specifically out-of-network benefits (an out-of-network plan is usually referred to as Preferred Provider Organization Plan (PPO) or Point-Of-Service Plan (POS)).

• What is the deductible I have to meet before I get reimbursed?

• What is the percentage they will reimburse for a 45-50 minute session with CPT code of 90834?

Rate

Each individual session is $200 and is 45-50 minutes in duration. I have a limited amount of sliding scale options, so please reach out if this fee isn’t affordable to you at this time.
